3. Orders & Payments
All orders placed through our website or WhatsApp are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will provide a full refund in such cases.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement will apply.
Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD) and other methods as displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier service. Estimated timelines are provided but not guaranteed.
Ocean Herbal Trading is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photographic evidence.
Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are found to be defective.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Ocean Herbal Trading and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
